  3. I have finally completed your request, now may I
  4. please paint your portrait?  Our agreement was 
  5. contingent on the condition that I complete a 
  6. painting for your friend at the monastery of 
  7. Santa Maria delle Grazie.  It took some time,
  8. but yesterday I put the finishing touches on 
  9. the painting.  I have decided to call it 
  10. "The Last Supper."  I hope you will be pleased 
  11. with the results.  Will you still be visiting 
  12. your friend at the monastery in May? 
  13. We could plan the unveiling for that time.
  14.  
  15. Now let's discuss your portrait.  First,
  16. please don't be nervous about your smile.  
  17. It is lovely; just think pleasant thoughts 
  18. and your smile will come naturally.  Second, 
  19. I would like to paint your portrait outdoors.  
  20. I imagine a picturesque setting with mountains in 
  21. the background.  I think we can find the perfect 
  22. place just outside the city.

  24. The following is a list of items that I recommend you 
  25. bring to the sitting:

  28.         * Sunscreen
  29.         * Hair brush
  30.         * Insect repellent
  31.         * Chair
  32.         * Seat cushion

  34.         * A good book
  35.         * Picnic lunch (I'll bring the wine)

  37. The local meteorologist has forecasted sunshine for 
  38. June 15th.  If that day is convenient, I would like
  39. to start painting around 11:00 A.M.  Let me know if
  40. this time works for you, if not, we can reschedule.
